Lady GaGa has been crowned the highest-earning female artist of 2011 by Forbes.
The Marry The Night singer has taken the No.1 spot in the Top-Earning Women In Music list compiled by the publication, which reports that Lady G pocketed a cool $90million (£58million) this year alone.

GaGa - real name Stefani Germanotta - earned double the income of second-ranked artist Taylor Swift, who is thought to have made $45million (£29million) in 2011.

Katy Perry came third with a estimated income of $44million (£28million), while Beyoncé was behind the Teenage Dream hitmaker with £35million (£22.6million).

Bajan babe Rihanna completed the top five wealthy women in music list, after bagging a cool $29million (18.7million).
Following the success of her record-breaking album 21, Adele is the only UK songstress to appear on the list, with earnings of around $18million (£11.6million)
